Borderline Beauty is a procession performance at a “techno cathedral”, the former slaughterhouse where club “Dragstor” is located. By linking the “high culture” with clubbing as a ritual through contemporary dance, dramatic text, sculpture, techno music, light effects and multi-channel video installations, and by combining archaic and modern technologies in the design of performing space, Borderline Beauty represents a theatre rave and ode to clubbing.
