Salon of Architecture is the largest and the most significant annual review of architectural production in Serbia, with a considerable reputation both within the professional circles and in the general public. It has been held at the Museum of Applied Art for more than thirty years (established in 1974).
The significance and the uniqueness of the Salon of Architecture reflects itself in the presentation of the complete local architectural production of the previous year, including all aspects of architecture, so that it can be perceived in all its complexity, which enables precious comparison and cross-refferencing.
More than 250 authors, with 120 works, took part at this year’s Salon, which proves great interest of local architects in presenting their achievments. The 28th Salon of Architecture perceives unrefutable progress in local architectural production, considering the fact that 40 realized projects and an equal number of realized interior design.
